Step 1: Product Insights & User Behavior Analysis
I start by analyzing your product’s data, interpreting complex datasets, user behaviour, flows, heatmaps and performance metrics using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Optimizely, Google Analytics. I also assess market competitors and evaluate SEO data. Additionally, I review the UX/UI product content to detect any potential areas for improvement. This comprehensive audit uncovers key insights and identifies areas for improvement ensuring all next product, research and design decisions are data-driven.
Step 2: Data Management, Analysis & Visualization
In this stage I use tools like SQL/ Excel/ SPSS to retrieve, analyze and transform complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights. I create Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) using Lucidcharts or SQL Power Architect to ensure logical and efficient data structures and I build databases from scratch. Using dashboards and reports created in Tableau or Power BI, I help teams uncover trends and make informed, data-driven decisions. These insights not only guide UX research and design improvements but also support key processes in product development, sales and marketing. I work closely with teams across the company, making sure both technical and non-technical stakeholders can understand and use the data effectively to drive meaningful results.
Step 3: UX Research
Finally, I carry out UX Research to understand your users‘ needs, behaviors, motivations and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research methods and testing. I prepare hypotheses and research questions and select appropriate methodologies, which may include conducting surveys, usability testing, experiments, interviews and many others to gather insights and inform product design and strategy. Alongside this, I collaborate with other teams and maintain a research repository to ensure insights are accessible and actionable.

I transform complex challenges into user-friendly solutions for SaaS, B2B, and B2C products, both mobile and web. Leveraging my expertise in Market Research and Product Design, I use Agile methods to collaborate with Software Engineers, PMs, Data Analysts, and stakeholders. I also have over 7 years of experience mentoring and guiding other researchers through Product Research & Data Analysis Workshops, Research Democratization Sessions and hands-on training.
